A large part of the Social Research Institute is about monitoring, evaluation and learning. XSIGHTS enjoys active membership to American Evaluation Association and contributes to academic articles and events regularly.
Knowledge, Attitude and Practice (KAP) Surveys

Needs Assessment
XSIGHTS is experienced in conducting Rapid Needs Assessment in humanitarian or political crisis. Through a network of independent researchers in the field, XSIGHTS is able to collect data for supporting prompt aid. For more information about our Needs Assessments click to Our Work section.
Impact Assessment
Impact Assessments require both baseline and an endline surveys. XSIGHTS has conducted baseline and endline surveys to compare the difference and test specific hypothesis for intervention programs. Strongly grounded in Theory of Change (ToC), Impact Assessments allow transparent assessment of the outcomes and the overall impact hoped to be delivered by the programs. Performance Evaluations
XSIGHTS conducts independent External Evaluation. These evaluations can be based on OECD Development Assistance Committee (OECD/DAC) criteria or be designed by XSIGHTS. The aim of external evaluations is to determine areas for improvement, best practices and need for further funding if any. Typically, each Performance Evaluation will be guided by a Key Expert in the subject area and a team of experienced researchers working together on the project progression, data collection and analysis. Monitoring and Evaluation System Design
