Satisfaction with Health Services Among Syrians under Temporary Protection (SuTPs)
XSIGHTS has conducted a total of 12,800 surveys in two waves of the course of 24 months to assess the impact the additional health services on SuTPs. In addition to the quantitative surveys, XSIGHTS has conducted 12 focus group discussions with SuTPs in Gaziantep and İstanbul to assess the impact of EU funded health facilities and services on SuTPs. Ethnic Minority Children’s Attitudes Towards Environment
It is estimated that one million Turkish people live in London. Approximately sixty per cent of this population lives in the North of London. The London Borough of Haringey sought to understand the attitudes of Turks living in its catchment area on issues like the environment and recycling. The research conducted by XSIGHTS revealed that the target population for the campaign should be children, as they seem to have the most important influence on their parents.
Perceptions of Christians in Turkey
The survey, conducted by XSIGHTS, explored public perceptions of the Christian minority in Turkey. To examine respondents’ level of knowledge about Christianity, their attitudes towards Christians and their actual interactions with Christians, 1,500 respondents from 26 cities were interviewed in this nationally representative survey. Immigration Journey with Personal Stories:
In this study conducted by XSIGHTS, the main objective was to understand Syrians who lived outside the camps in Turkey. The results indicated that 20% of Syrians who live outside the camps have no family member left in Syria while 32% have family members in countries other than Turkey. The findings of this survey have been widely published and can be accessed through Syrians in Turkey
Social Vulnerability and Social Analysis Scale Project
TED University commissioned XSIGHTS to conduct this survey with 3092 people living in the Marmara Earthquake region. Cluster sampling was applied to this survey for a representative data, and the level of poverty was measured among disadvantaged communities.
