High Level Vision and Strategy Formulation for an Inter-governmental Organisation

Our client, a regional inter-governmental organisation for 21 economies, has commissioned us to formulate its vision and strategy for the next five years in complete collaboration and participation of all member economies. The project involved organizing several online and offline regional workshops at different levels. Our proposed vision was accepted by all 21 member economies, and the executive plan is currently being developed. 

Defining Organizational Values for a Global Telecom Operator 

Our client, a telecom leader, had bought the first and only private GSM operator in Nepal, and thus needed research to aid the transfer of its corporate vision and values to the newly acquired company, and to understand the new colleagues coming from a very different culture. For research XSIGHTS organized a «Corporate Value Workshops» with a large and representative sample of employees from the newly acquired company.  The workshop served to strengthen relations between local and global teams, to enhance communication, to eliminate cultural differences, to provide an agreeable working environment and to find common ground for staff and cultural change. The meaning of corporate values in terms of local culture and behavioral patterns defined by these values were discussed during these workshops and reported in a short video clip. 

Strategic Alignment Workshops for an Energy Company 

 XSIGHTS delivered a brand and strategy alignment workshop to one of its customers in the energy sector launching a new brand. The workshop helped to determine how to align the brand with organisational values. This training used projection techniques, brainstorming and the Appreciative Inquiry model.

Formulation of Vision and Mission for an International Automotive Company 

XSIGHTS used participatory tools to support Martur Fompak International in formulating their vision and mission for the next five years. XSIGHTS’ support included the Strategy Book, and a detailed outline on how to implement the organisational vision and mission.

Employee Satisfaction Survey for a Global Logistics Company

XSIGHTS conducted a large employee survey for Barsan Global Logistics, across all of their operating countries. Barsan Global Logistics used the findings to take HR action and become a global market in this very competitive market.

Employee Satisfaction Survey for a Regional Airlines 

MNG Airlines, a leading company in the air cargo sector in Turkey, prioritizes customer satisfaction as part of its mission. Recognizing that customer satisfaction relies on employees who are highly satisfied, the company completed a satisfaction study for both blue-collar and white-collar employees in May 2023, with the goal of enhancing overall employee satisfaction.

Organisational Culture Assessment for an International Automotive Parts Company

XSIGHTS assessed Martur Fompak International’s organisational culture in six different countries. Using the findings of this survey, our client was able to understand cultural differences in different locations and between different departments. Organisational insights from this survey were used to launch a successful internal communications campaign for aligning organisational culture.

Formulation of the Ethics Code of Conduct for a Foundation

XSIGHTS supported the formulation of Ethics Codes, a manual of ethical rules to be used in all schools of this private foundation. The Code of Conduct was shared through internal communication to all stakeholders.

Marketing Training for Aselsan

XSIGHTS delivered a three-day training course on the principles of marketing to engineers. The training was designed to meet Aselsan’s specific needs for B2B marketing in technology.

Market Research Training for Customer Experience Department of the Turkish Airlines 

XSIGHTS delivered a 10-week training on Market Research Principles for Turkish Airlines. The training covered conventional and modern methods of market research and included examples from the airline industry. The training offered a strategic approach to market research and supported the Customer Experience Team in creating specific market research briefs.

M&E Training for Sosyal Güvenlik Kurumu (SGK)

XSIGHTS trained SGK executives on M&E methods and models for an EU funded project. The training was delivered over the course of eight weeks, with applied examples from global development projects. The 35-hour course focused on research methodologies, theories of change and OECD’s DACs. At the end of the training, the executives were able to design and manage impact assessments independently and collaborate with several institutions and universities regarding their evaluation needs.

Assistance in Preparing Marketing Plans for Youth Communities

XSIGHTS was commissioned by GOPA to support Turkish youth communities in developing a marketing plan for advertisement of their local produce. With assistance from XSIGHTS, young members of these communities conducted focus group discussions and surveys among the farmers, analyzed the data, conducted a SWOT analysis and prepared a marketing plan for funding.

Inner Leadership Training

Çiğdem Penn, the founder of XSIGHTS, regularly delivers Inner Leadership Training. The training is composed of four modules based on four main archetypes and helps participants align themselves with their direction in life.
